Scope of Works: T. A. Colbourne Limited successfully interpreted The architects vision of bringing a Victorian school sympathetically up to date on a very restricted site, in the old town area of Poole. The aluminium Standing Seam Roof consists of nine separate and different roof slopes ranging from radius curves to rhomboidal and butterfly shapes. there were no right angles!                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  The project posed particular challenges when detailing the numerous different verge and fascia interfaces, which where fitted to varying steelwork and timber grounds. The completed building is a fine example of how, with the necessary design capability and fixers’ skills a complex project can be competently completed.
